My work sits at the intersection of rehabilitative movement, therapeutic bodywork, and nervous system support. I do not follow preset protocols. I assess, I listen, and I work with the whole person in front of me.

In my years of practice I have learned that the body rarely presents one problem in isolation. Structure, movement, and nervous system function are always in conversation. Lasting results come from understanding which layer needs attention first.
