Whether you're stiff from sitting, tight from training, or just feeling compressed in your body, Assisted Stretching offers hands-on support to restore comfort, mobility, and fluid movement.

This session combines passive stretching, active-assisted movement, and postural rebalancing to lengthen shortened tissue, activate underused muscles, and improve joint mechanics—without force, strain, or guesswork.
