Build Strength. Improve Posture. Move With Confidence.

This 50-minute one-on-one session offers an intelligent, results-focused approach to fitness—rooted in clinical insight and biomechanical precision. Led by a certified Pilates instructor with a degree in Physical Therapy and advanced training in corrective exercise, this is more than a workout. It’s a strategy for building strength, improving posture, and moving with confidence—without compromising form or joint integrity.

Unlike group classes, this private format gives you focused attention and customized programming tailored to your body’s structure, goals, and movement patterns. That means fewer setbacks, faster progress, and real-time feedback that supports proper alignment.

Benefits You Can Expect

  • Stronger core and improved muscle tone
  • Better posture and more efficient movement
  • Increased flexibility and joint mobility
  • Enhanced coordination and body awareness
  • Injury prevention through smarter, more personalized training

Whether you're aiming to challenge yourself athletically or simply maintain long-term strength and mobility, these sessions meet you where you are—and help you move forward with purpose.

Getting Started

Initial Assessment – $120
Your first session includes a 60-minute evaluation of posture, movement patterns, joint mobility, breathing mechanics, and core function. You’ll also be guided through foundational Pilates exercises to establish a safe and personalized path forward.

Please Note:

If you're currently experiencing discomfort, early signs of strain, or mild pain, the Pilates Integrated Session may be a better fit. This 75-minute service combines therapeutic Pilates, corrective exercises, assisted stretching, and tuning fork therapy to relieve tension, improve mobility, and address subtle dysfunctions—before they progress into more serious issues.

If you're dealing with a diagnosed injury, chronic pain, or significant functional limitations, the Opti-Move Method offers a more comprehensive option. This 8-week program integrates rehabilitation-informed movement therapy, clinical Pilates, and hands-on bodywork to support pain relief, restore function, and enhance recovery in collaboration with your broader care plan.
