This is a true relaxation massage.
It's designed to calm the nervous system, ease general tension, and help you settle. Using gentle to medium pressure and a slow, soothing flow, it supports rest, sensory downshifting, and full-body decompression. It does not include deep tissue work or focused treatment for pain or injury. This session isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about giving your system space to soften and unwind, letting your body remember what ease feels like.

This is a precision-focused massage session designed to address muscular imbalances, postural strain, and soft tissue dysfunction. Using targeted manual therapy and neuromuscular techniques, it supports recovery from pain, injury, or repetitive-use strain, while improving mobility and movement efficiency. It’s a solid choice for anyone dealing with chronic tension, compensatory patterns, or the physical effects of work, training, or surgery. Headspace Therapy

This session addresses built-up tension in the jaw, face, and scalp - where clenching, grinding, and postural strain often take hold. It’s especially helpful for TMJ dysfunction, orthodontic strain, tension headaches, and facial discomfort tied to to chronic bracing. Techniques like tuning forks, cryo-massage, precise manual work, and acupoint stimulation may be combined with other supportive methods to help reduce pressure, improve circulation, and restore ease through the head, face, and neck.

Assisted Stretching

This session is designed to relieve stiffness, improve flexibility, and restore ease in how your body moves. Through guided, hands-on techniques, the session promotes joint range, releases tension, and supports more fluid, responsive movement in daily life.
